2022 Highlights
The inaugural Martha’s Vineyard Chief Diversity Officer Summit, which began as a kernel of an idea by founder Dani Monroe, set the stage for 125 Chief Diversity Officers, hailing from across the country, to identify ways to reflect, reset, and re-envision leading DEI into the future.
Working in the midst of many companies still grappling with how to show up post-2020 reckoning, many CDOs arrived on the island drained from the uphill battle that had accumulated over the last three years.
The Martha’s Vineyard Chief Diversity Officer Summit attendees were met with speakers and topics that tackled the issues they were facing head-on, and gave them a secure space to ideate and map out strategic plans for success.
