In collaboration with NYU’s Global Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Strategic Innovation invites you to join us for a special Pre-Conference Seminar. This session aims to gain the critical tools needed for effective Inclusion, Diversity, Belonging, Equity and Access (IDEBA) engagement in a cross-institutional context.

This half-day pre-conference capacity-building program will center the unique contemporary challenges encountered by emerging leaders and early-journey DEI leaders. The three focal areas will be a) assessing organizational readiness for building an effective DEI office and team; b) building capacity and resources to strengthen and expand pathways and pipelines; c) the tools and best practices for optimum success as a DEI professional. Participants will be supported in identifying their strategies for acting, navigating organizational challenges, and engaging key stakeholders to realize transformational change that escalates, deepens, and embeds sustainable DEI practices—beyond compliance—across their organizations.
